SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Generally, orders take between 1 and 4 working days to print and ship. Shipping is typically less than 10 business days - but can vary based on the product, holidays and shipping destination.
- Customs fees and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Most orders will be produced and shipped to you from the country which the order was placed - at times it will be shipped from an international location.
- Once your order is shipped you will be notified via email and with tracking information where applicable.
ORDERS
- All prints and products are tailor made to your individual specifications. Please be sure all order details, shipping info etc is entered correctly. Once in production we can no longer guarantee a cancellation and you will be charged for the product costs.
- Prints and products are carefully packed to ensure safe arrival. If your product does arrive damaged please take photos and videos (including you opening the package) and of the damaged contents. Email me at: arktoswildart@gmail.com and I can take the necessary steps to fix the problem - including refund or exchange, if warranted.
- Please open the print/product very carefully so you don't accidentally damage the contents.
ARTWORK & PRODUCTS
- Colours can vary just slightly from monitor to product - due to differences from displays
- Frames and mats are not included unless specified as such in the product description.
